When you join one the Pueblo Association of Home Builders you automatically become a member of the Colorado Association of Home Builders (CAHB) and the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). The Pueblo Association of Home Builders (PAHB) is a non-profit organization which has been supporting the local builders and associated businesses since the 1950’s. The organization benefits its members as well as new home buyers by keeping the cost of housing down through legislative lobbying, political involvement, and member services are each of the national, state and local levels.

The local Home Builders Association is governed by an 26-members Board of Directors which is chosen by membership. We have a monthly networking opportunity for members such as Casino Night, Golf Tournament, Industry Night at Home & Garden, Business Connections Night, Holiday Mixer and dinner meetings, as well as a local newsletter. A Membership Roster is provided and members are encouraged to "do business with a member." Numerous other members services are offered, including a Workers Compensation plan. When there is an issue that is affecting the industry in our community, we work together as a group to solve the problem. This organization is not about competition between individuals for more business - it is about being effective as a groups for the benefit of all.

The Pueblo Association of Home Builders (PAHB) is a local association with 433 members, 125 of whom are builder or developer members. At the national level, we are one of the strongest lobbying entities in Washington, D.C. The goal is to promote growth and opportunity for the American home buyer, and thus, the American home builder and supporting businesses.
